Season 3 at Lindores Abbey: 8 June to 3 July 2026

Excavations within the monastic precinct will continue during Season 3! We will reopen Trench 2 from Season 2 to explore the monastery kitchens further. We will also reopen and expand Trench 6, to investigate a potential redorter (toilet) feature. New trenches will include Trench 13, which is planned to explore the Chapter House. Post-Excavation work will take place on site and the History & Archaeology Lab at St Andrews.
